However, the fear of failure is an important motivator; as is the fear of irrelevance, or of simply not fulfilling your dreams. These are healthy fears that encourage both responsibility and risk-taking, keeping you perpetually on your toes instead of getting complacent or resting on your laurels. The right kind (and amount) of fear can motivate you to locate new opportunities, seek out new strategies and dig deep for that extra bit of energy needed to continually strive for more and raise the bar.

Starting a business might feel like the hard part, but that’s because you haven’t experienced the day-to-day slog of it yet. Running your own company means nonstop stress: managing your finances, managing your employees, keeping your clients happy, ensuring quality of work, healthily maintaining and growing the company’s value, intelligently investing in the company’s future, worrying where your next client is going to come from – it can be a lot, and it’s not something you can simply leave at the office. For this exact reason, depression is the great unspoken affliction of entrepreneurs.

You can help avoid or manage stress overload by making sure you have a network of friends, loved ones, and (importantly) colleagues you can connect with and lean on when things get difficult. We all know that confidence is the name of the game when you’re running the show, which means it can feel impossible to let your guard down and show vulnerability; this is especially true for women, who may feel the need to overcompensate in response to sexist assumptions. But the thing is that vulnerability is not the same thing as weakness, and having people with whom you can take off your armor and from whom you can both seek and receive comfort is a vital part of keeping your head above the water rather than sinking below it. This will be especially true in those first five years, which will constantly challenge and ask more of you.

They say technology and women never go together. Let’s prove them wrong, for I’ve seen many tech-savvy women who are out there to dominate the tech world!

These days, women are making their mark in almost every field. Due to the digital development all around us, you can start using your home as your first office and save up on the office space cost. Once you’ve made enough funds, that is when you can invest in a commercial space and accelerate your growth!

By making sure these areas are filled, you’re filling your toolbox with the right equipment to help your business succeed. Keep your eyes forward, but never lose sight of what’s right at your feet. Going into a new venture mentally prepared and thoroughly thought through with a healthy understanding of what it will take is probably the biggest key toward reaching your goals; after that, it’s all follow-through.

At last, my overall experience at the event was one of the best exposure I ever had. I am really thankful to the Kanakia group for inviting me at such an honorable event. I got an exceptional chance to meet the champion, Mary Kom. I am really overwhelmed by the excellent initiative of addressing women empowerment. It helps to empower women and uplifts society in various ways. They have equally suported the budding entrepreneurs and their businesses by installing the statue of Charging Bull that will give a sense of motivation to all the businessesmen. One can take road journey either from Manali or Srinagar. It takes a two-day journey from Manali to Leh with a night halt at Sarchu. On the other hand, Srinagar to Leh also takes a two-day journey with a night halt at Kargil. But most of the tourists who prefer coming by road routes comes from Srinagar than Leh and then Manali. All the road routes are open from May to October.

Knowing about the beauty of Leh-Ladakh, it becomes everyone’s dream to visit Leh Ladakh at least once in a lifetime. Recently my sister with her husband visit Leh Ladakh. She went through Heena Tours and Travels for 7 nights 8 days packages. She preferred Heena Tours amongst the other tours because Heena Tours is specialized in providing pure veg with Jain food.

Since Leh-Ladakh is a place with the majority of people having non-vegetarian food, you will hardly find pure Veg restaurants and Pure Veg Food there. So, if you are a vegetarian it is best option to go through Heena Tours and Travels. She shared the experience of her entire journey with me, which I am going to describe in this blog.

Experience of Leh Ladakh Trip

She took a direct flight from Mumbai to Leh using GoAir. After reaching the Leh Airport, they were received by one of the tour members and were dropped at the booked Hotel. They were also a few other couples from other places of India and also three families from out of India. Since they reached during lunchtime, the tour guide asked everyone to have lunch and then to gather at the Hotel’s lobby to share a few tips and to discuss the scheduled of the following days.

He, first of all, made everyone aware of the symptoms of the high altitude sickness and asked everyone to carry their own personal water bottle wherever they go and to have plenty of water. He then said the first day is for rest to acclimatize to the high altitude sickness problem since they were at above 10,000 ft above sea level. He further said many among them might find difficulty in breathing because of the low atmospheric oxygen level and might also fall prey to altitude sickness.

For some of them, it was not much than a boring speech with no meaning unless they saw some females and kids started having breathing problem and dizziness. It was only after that, those people took the words of that tour guide seriously. He discussed all the symptoms of high altitude sickness and also shared the essential remedies for it.

  1. He asked everyone to take complete rest till next day.
  2. He also asked everyone to speak less.
  3. To have plenty of water or to have water mixed with some energy powder like Glucon-D, Electoral powder, etc.
  4. To carry a camphor in the handkerchief and to smell it whenever they feel scarcity of oxygen or breathing problem.
  5. To carry the necessary tablets with them, whenever they travel like Crocin, Calpol, Avomine, etc.
  6. He also discussed the group oxygen cylinder and about the personal oxygen cylinders which travelers can carry with them and can use during emergency or while having major breathing problems at several other high altitude places like Khardungla and Chang la.

Even my sister was affected because of the high altitude, she had a problem in breathing and also dizziness during the beginning hours and it took her about two to three days to adjust to the high altitude atmosphere. The same day they took complete rest in the hotel room and some of them preferred to visit the Leh market which was nearby the hotel.

Capability of children should always be put in light before providing them training for any kind of sports. It makes the children feel that they are getting better at something. They do better day by day by participating at their own skill level. You have to make sure that the equipment must be of proper size for the children and the rules are not too difficult according to their understanding level. Always keep in mind that the development of children is more important than winning or losing in the game.

Participation
The real results are seen only when the child participates in different sports events. Again, winning and losing the game really doesn’t matter. What really matters the most is participation. You have to make sure that the children are participating at their own comfort level; they have to learn making choices, have a voice of their own and do things by and for themselves. Ensure that the child always remains interested, is moving a lot and is totally motivated by what he/she is learning every day.

Being a mom, have you ever came across a  situation where you just want to run away from home or scratch your hair out. Well, I go beyond my saturation level when demanding guest comes to stay at home without prior notice. If you live in the joint family, this pain of tolerating things makes you stronger.But a day comes, where you decide to take your kid and along with your husband to a place, where you don’t have anyone to interfere. This is an absolute best way to get relax.

Unwinding the calm in the chaos. People today are living a very busy and stressful life which is full of tensions and worries and it is putting an adverse effect on your kids too. So it is very essential to find a way which is free from stress and in such a case the most productive thing you can do is Relax, the only thing is you have to find the ways for it.

The key to unwinding is to find a small chunk of time where you can enjoy some kind of pampering. For many kids, a long hard day at school can also be stressful and tiring. The things which hardly matters to us in many cases does affect our kids a lot, in such conditions, it is necessary to provide them with some activities which can unwind them from their daily routine and provide some change.
