        From last year itself I am watching Atoz challenge by blog chatter, but never took a pain to understand what is this exactly, but this year I went to whole website and understood what is Atoz challenge by blogchatter.
       The first thing I did was to sign up immediately I saw the link for Atoz  challenge by blogchatter.
         After reading the terms and conditions I could understand that this exercise will add good content to my blog which other wise I won’t write as I need some motivation to write always. 
      Since my blog is based on travel with kids I chose my theme for Atoz challenge by blogchatter same topic.  Which I’m happy to reveal as Travelling with kids 
In this series I would be sharing all the tips related while we travel with kids.
I’m already prepared mentally and started writing well in advance so that I don’t miss any day as I want to complete the challenge any how.
        As I know this Atoz challenge by blogchatter will boost my confidence as well as make me write more and more and gradually I will get habitual to writing.

Atoz challenge by blogchatter is challenge for blogger and writer to write 26 articles related to one theme, where on April 1st of 2018, you have to write articles which starts or has major keyword with Letter A. And on 2 nd April with letter B and so on… So except 4 Sunday of the month, you have to write on next letter of Atoz challenge. This challenge will make your blog more specific and your writing niche will be discovered more.
Not only this you get to read more and more people blog and meet new people to understand what’s happening in the industry.  .

Create a list of things which include Affirmations :

I am eating healthy food.
I am being positive.

You can stick on your bulletin board images of fruits with a label (DO EAT ME) and images of junk food with a label (DO NOT EAT ME).

WAKE UP EARLY: The celebrities of our film industry wake up early and make the most of the wee hours exercising, doing yoga, gymming, jogging, walking or the book lovers read motivational books.Fitness habits leave them a lot more energized for the rest of the day. Our oldies too have the habit of waking up early doing the household chores. We need to make sure that our early 15 minutes must be self-timed. You can take a walk, jog, read, meditate.

GARDEN STROLLING: People these days walk or jog with their headphones on, either listening to songs or on calls while walking. If you want to relax, you need to avoid things that stress. There are parents who take their kids to Gardens and while their kids are playing they are occupied with their phones. Leave your phones back home. Be with your child. Play with your kid. Fitness must become your habit.

JOIN  SOME FITNESS ACTIVITIES: YOGA, ZUMBA, EXERCISE.
We all might have different desires to reach the same destination: FITNESS. Get yourself into Yoga – deep breathing exercises, stretching exercises, life lessons on yogis.These shall keep engaged in something good for your health. If you like to dance, take some Zumba lessons. If you are not a Gym person, stretching exercises, daily walks and dancing are perfect for you on a daily basis. Set your weekly fitness timetable.

EAT HEALTHY, DRINK HEALTHY: To stay healthy and fit, you must not only eat but must eat right. So, what do we do?? We eat right and on time. Make sure your intake of nuts is appropriate. Aim for real, whole foods. Stay away from processed, refined, fatty, sugary foods. Instead hog onto veggies, fruits, dairy, beans, whole grains, and eggs.

People get so busy with their work, they forget to drink water. If stressed, they opt for a tea or a coffee or a red bull.Avoid these. Try and replace liquid intake with water.

ENJOY DOING WHAT YOU DO: 75% of the people these days always negate about their work and the workloads and invite worries and anxieties in themselves. Do not talk negatively about something you want to do. Much of good health depends on how good and happy you are mental. Focus on enjoying the activity.

BE CONSISTENT: Being healthy and fit requires that you pay attention and stay focused. If you join Gymming, make sure you this fitness goal daily. If you join yoga, you can always use the deep breathing exercises when you are free too. Eat proper proportions of meal daily. You must not expect the results immediately. Give Fitness time and make it a habit. Be willing to get yourself fit. Be consistent with your aim.

You see these Fitness rules are as simple and easily adaptable to your life. Learn to enjoy the process, enjoy the activities, enjoy the healthy, real food and make FITNESS your habit and forte.
